I was just looking over some podcasting equipment recommended by the PodcastPeople, specifically the Sampson C01U Podcasting Package, which comes with a USB version of the Samson C01U USB microphone, a copy of Cakewalk Sonar LE recording software, a desktop mic stand, shock-mount, and a USB cable... all in an Aluminum Flight Case!  Very cool.

Anyway, when I saw this &quot;package deal,&quot;  I was instantly struck with the very question you pose above:&quot;What are the essential classroom tools for collaborating and communicating worldwide?&quot;

Maybe that&#039;s a post that merits writing?  &quot;The Beginning Web 2.0 Teacher Toolkit!&quot;  Wanna collaborate? :)</description>
