Ewan, no worries about coming off as saying "Scotland's the best." I'm a firm believer in following best practices. Although you guys are dealing with issues that may not always sync up exactly with what we've got going on over here - variances in philosophy, cultural history/mythology, etc. - you are obviously doing something right, and I think it's worth us taking note of. Thanks for the comment! :)

I think what you're doing sounds pretty much like what we're doing - America's just got a bit more scale to deal with than we do ;-) Small pieces loosley joined, celebrating successes so that the naysayers are outclassed, building on success and helping those who are beginning to flounder... it's all these small things that have helped build up what's happening in my neck of the glen.

I hope that the post didn't come across as being "Scotland's the best", because we're not. But the main lesson I've drawn from all this is that your myths, your history, are so important to understand how to move on to the next success.

Best of luck. I'm subscribed and looking forward to seeing how things develop. Maybe see you in Fort Lauderdale this January.
